Harrisburg, PA - This week, the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled to uphold the commonsense requirement of voters to put accurate dates on their mail-in ballots, overturning a lower court ruling from last year. A lower court judge had ruled last November that mail-in ballots that fell short of the statutory state requirements to be properly signed and dated should still be counted.
