I'm a retired litigation attorney. I'm not licensed in Pennsylvania and am not allowed to give legal advice there. That said, there exists an actionable tort for negligent hiring and retention of employees. If you operate a business and hire an employee who harms a customer, you can be held liable. E.g., if you are a physician and hire an incompetent nurse who harms a patient, you will be held liable if you failed to check out the "nurse's" credentials and background. https://www.lexisnexis.com/community/insights/legal/practical-guidance-journal/b/pa/posts/best-practices-for-prevention-and-defense-of-negligent-hiring-retention-and-supervision-claims

I would always tell my clients that they must check out job applicants!

By the way: The Pennsylvania State Legislature could have avoided this if they had had the guts to appoint their own slate of electors. They had express constitutional authority to do so. But the Pennsylvania Legislators were too cowardly to man up and do what what was right: see this at subpoint 7. https://publiushuldah.wordpress.com/2020/12/05/a-constitutional-roadmap-for-conquering-election-fraud/

If I recall correctly, Rudi Giuliani held hearings before the Pennsylvania legislature and explained this.

Our constitutional republic was overthrown in that election. The essence of a Republic is that power is exercised by Representatives elected by the People. Now, Representatives are selected by those who control the voting machines. And Pennsylvania, along with the other battleground states, went along with it.

I was informed by Mastriano, by TV interview, that the legislators sent a letter to Pence asking for the return of the electors that Wolf sent to DC because Wolf had no legal right to send them. Pence never received the letter because His Secretary, I believe his name is Mark, never gave the letter to Pence. Please return Comment.
